Terms of Service.

The agreement between you and JobSimplified. Written to be read — short version up top, full detail below.

The short version

  • We provide the work; we can’t guarantee a job (no honest service can).
  • You authorise us to apply in your name, with materials you approve.
  • Cancel anytime; 7-day full refund before we start applying.
  • 5% success fee only if you sign a role we applied to.
Section 01

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of JobSimplified’s website and services (“Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use JobSimplified.

Section 02

What we provide

JobSimplified is a reverse-recruiting service. Depending on your plan, we may rewrite your CV and LinkedIn, apply to roles on your behalf, and support you through interviews and offers.

We are not a recruitment agency, employer, or job board. We have no contracts with the companies you apply to, and we cannot guarantee that any application results in an interview or offer.
  • We provide the inputs: rebuilt materials, applications, strategy, and support.
  • Outcomes depend on the job market, your role, and factors outside our control.
Section 03

Your account

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate details about your experience and history.
  • Not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your qualifications.
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, and for the accuracy of the materials we submit on your behalf once you’ve approved them.

Section 04

Authorization to apply on your behalf

On plans that include applying for you, you authorise JobSimplified to submit job applications in your name, using your contact details and the materials you have approved.

  • You confirm the information in those applications is truthful to the best of your knowledge.
  • You can pause, adjust, or revoke this authorisation at any time from your dashboard.
  • You remain the applicant and the point of contact for any interview or offer.
Section 05

Fees, billing & the success fee

Plan prices are shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or quarterly basis and renew automatically until cancelled.

Success fee

On plans where we apply on your behalf, a success fee of 5% of your first-year base salary applies only if you sign an offer for a role we applied to on your behalf. It can be paid as a lump sum or in monthly instalments across your first year. If you accept a role you sourced yourself, no success fee is due.

Taxes

Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.

Section 06

Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard — there is no notice period or cancellation fee, and your plan ends at the close of the current billing cycle.

  • Full refund within the first 7 days if we haven’t begun applying on your behalf.
  • After applications have started, refunds are prorated for the unused portion of the cycle.
  • You may pause your subscription for up to 90 days instead of cancelling.
Section 07

Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to apply for roles you are not legally eligible to hold.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
  • Resell or misuse the Service or its materials.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

Section 08

Intellectual property

The materials we create for you — your rewritten CV, cover letters, and LinkedIn copy — are yours to keep, edit, and reuse once your plan is paid.

Everything else — our website, brand, software, templates, and methodology — remains the property of JobSimplified and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Section 09

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. While we work hard on every search, we do not warrant that the Service will result in interviews, offers, or employment, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

No one can guarantee a job. Any service that promises one is not being honest with you — and neither would we be if we did.
Section 10

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobSimplified’s total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost earnings or lost opportunities. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Section 11

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (fees owed, IP, disclaimers, liability) will continue to apply.

Section 12

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as our Service evolves or the law changes. When we make a material change, we’ll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Section 13

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JobSimplified is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law grants you other rights.
