No. Applications go out in your name, from your contact details, using materials we prepare with you. From the company's side, you applied — and you're the one taking the interview.
No, and that's the point. We have no contracts with employers and don't take commissions from them. The only person we work for is you — so we can recommend any role, anywhere, without a conflict of interest.
About 30 minutes — a weekly check-in and approvals on the strategy. Once interviews start, you'll spend whatever time the prep deserves. We do the applying so you can focus on the interviewing.
If you sign an offer for a role that we applied to on your behalf, we charge 5% of your first-year base salary. You can pay it in one go or split it into monthly instalments over your first year. If you find a role yourself — outside the applications we sent — there is no success fee at all.
Most clients see their first interview requests within two to four weeks of the rebuilt CV and LinkedIn going live. Timelines vary with role seniority, location, and market — your manager will give you a realistic estimate on the discovery call.
